RAW RASPBERRY CHIA JAM

While detoxing/cleansing I tend to stay away from dense food such as nuts, seeds, dairy, potatoes and grains (always), but for people who are transitioning onto a lifestyle that provides more nutrients and food that cleanse and alkalise the body, this raw Chia Jam recipe is ideal!

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener Swerve
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Paste or Extract (see recipe)
  • 80 ml Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries in a blender or nutribullet with the Lemon juice, Sweetener, Vanilla and Water and blend until smooth

  3. Place in the fridge and serve with coconut yogurt or Coconut, Cacao Dessert (recipe to follow soon)
