When it comes to juicing for detox you can use any combination of vegetables, but try and stick to just lemon as your fruit. Beetroot Carrot Lemon Juice
If you don’t have a juicer, get one! If you battle to digest fiber from plants, you can juice the vegetables instead and flood your cells with nutrients from these vegetables, filled with antioxidants!
- 6 Small Beetroots Organic
- 2 Large Carrots Organic
- 1 Bunch Curly or Romaine Lettuce Organic
- 1 Medium Lemon Peeled
- 1/2 Cup Water Filtered
Depending on your juicer, you will need to chop up your vegetables so that they are able to fit down the flue of your machine!
Juice all the ingredients and pour the water through the machine to rinse all the goodness into your glass
