Green Smoothie

The recipe for this green smoothie contains only vegetables.  While you're cleansing and detoxing, protein powders will be too dense and therefore I only recommend that you use vegetables as they will digest and nourish the body faster!

Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado Flesh
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves
  • 1 cup Water Filtered
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 1/2 cup Ice Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass or into a thermos flask for later and enjoy!
