The recipe for this green smoothie contains only vegetables. While you're cleansing and detoxing, protein powders will be too dense and therefore I only recommend that you use vegetables as they will digest and nourish the body faster!
- 1/2 Avocado Flesh
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves
- 1 cup Water Filtered
- 1/2 Lemon Juiced
- 1/2 cup Ice Filtered Water
Place all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or into a thermos flask for later and enjoy!
