Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken

Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken

If you love the combination of lemon and garlic then you will love this Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken dish!  The combination of flavours with the soft, juicy potatoes and crispy chicken, served with the delicious sauce from the pan juices – out of this world!  My friend Violette is Lebanese and she put me onto it!  She also makes the best Hummus and Fatoush Salad ever!  I will get the recipes off her, if she’s willing to share them with me!

Personally, I love anything with lemon and a tang, but my husband is not always keen.  However, he said this was one of the best meals he’s had!

I serve it with steamed broccoli or Asian greens and it adds to the flavour beautifully.  You could add a simple salad to transform it into a summer dish.

The absolute best thing about this recipe is that it is so simple and easy to make!  And, it never disappoints!  So, that means the least amount of effort, with only 5 main ingredients and it’s done in an hour.  My kids can’t get enough of this recipe either!  They love it!

Try this Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken and see for yourself how easy it is.  It’s perfect for a family meal or gathering!
