Miso Maple Dijon Salmon

This is one of my favourite recipes!  Especially since I found an online delivery source for the best Salmon in the world! It comes from the cleanest fresh water in South Island New Zealand and although it is farmed, is one of the purest, sustainably produced salmon in the world.  I order it from Sasha’s Fine Foods in Singapore. https://sashasfinefoods.com/collections/salmon The name of the Salmon provider is Mt Cook Alpine Salmon!

Great served with rice and/or Leafy Greens!

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Miso Paste White, organic
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • 1 Clove Garlic Grated or crushed

  1. Combine the Maple Syrup, mustard, miso, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic and marinate the Salmon for at least 30 minutes

  3. Place the Salmon in a baking dish and bake in until salmon just starts to flake easily - approximately 10-15 minutes
