Miso Maple Dijon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 Pieces Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup organic
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard grainy
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Miso Paste White, organic
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1 Clove Garlic Grated or crushed

Instructions

  1. Combine the Maple Syrup, mustard, miso, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic and marinate the Salmon for at least 30 minutes

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C

  3. Place the Salmon in a baking dish and bake in until salmon just starts to flake easily - approximately 10-15 minutes
