Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken and Potato Recipe


  • 8 Chicken pieces organic, free range
  • 8 mediume Potatoes organic, peeled and quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil organic, cold pressed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C

  2. Place potatoes and chicken in a large Pyrex Baking Dish. Season with Salt and Pepper

  3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic

  4. Pour over the potatoes and chicken

  5. Cover the dish with foil

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for a further 30 minutes so that the chicken and potatoes become a golden colour

  7. Serve with steamed greens or a fresh salad
